Cantonese Style Stir-Fried Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 eggs
8 oz. baby shrimp
2 oz. pea pods, shredded
4 oz. bean sprouts
4 oz. bok choy, shredded
2 oz. mushrooms, shredded
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
oil for cooking
Preparation

Mix shrimp, pea pods, bean sprouts, bok choy and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Add eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil to shrimp and vegetables; mix well.
Heat cooking oil in wok or large skillet.
Pour in egg mixture and spread to cover the bottom of the wok or skillet.
Turn egg over as soon as it settles.
Cook the mixture until it is firm.
Dish out onto platter and serve.
