Chocolate Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over the chocolate; let stand until cool. Cream the butter and vanilla.
    Add brown sugar and add eggs one at a time.
    Mix together the flour, soda and salt.
    Stir this into creamed mixture; mix well.
    Blend in sour cream and chocolate water.
    Bake in prepared loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
