Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Keebler chocolate Ready-Crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip softened ice cream

Preparation

Spread softened ice cream into the crust.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chocolate curls or fresh mint or drizzle with a little hot fudge.
Makes 8 servings.
