Angel Kiss Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Butter a 9 to 10-inch pie plate.
Beat egg whites and salt stiff.
While beating, alternately and slowly add one cup of sugar and lemon juice.
Again, while beating, alternately and slowly add one cup of sugar and vanilla.
Bake 30 minutes at 275\u00b0 and 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Chill for a few hours or overnight.
