Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh onion, minced
    1 c. canned tomatoes, juice included (1/2 of 16 oz. can)
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    4 (8 oz. each) chicken cutlets
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken, crushing large tomato pieces.
    Cover chicken with mixture and simmer for 30 minutes, covered, then 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered, until fork-tender. Serves 4.
    About 330 calories per serving.
