Heavenly Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
20 broken Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar and flavoring.
Fold in broken Ritz crackers and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured pie pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can be served with whipped cream on top.
