Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. apples, chopped
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add oil, vanilla and sugar. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon and nutmeg into mixture.
    Mix the 1/4 cup flour with apples, nuts and coconut. Then fold into mixture.
    Batter will be very thick.
    Spoon into greased 9-inch tube pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 70 minutes.
