Gooey Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. warm water
    2 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
    1 c. lukewarm milk, scald, then cool
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    14 to 16 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a bowl dissolve yeast in water.
    Measure flour.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 of the flour to yeast.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add enough of the remaining flour to handle easily.
    Turn onto lightly floured board.
    Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Round up in greased bowl.
    Bring greased side up.
    Cover with cloth.
    Let rise until it doubles in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Push down and let rise again until it is almost double, about 30 minutes.
