Lemon Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up and skinned
1 to 2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together garlic, lemon peel and rosemary.
Sprinkle over chicken.
Mix lemon juice and water and pour over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Turn over pieces every 20 to 25 minutes.
I don't cover the dish but think you could for most of the time.
