Fluffy Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3 Tbsp. water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside. In a saucepan, combine gelatin, water and reserved juice. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Refrigerate until syrupy, about 30 minutes.
