Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular sausage
    6 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Mix eggs, salt, pepper and cheese in a bowl.
    Pour sausage-egg mixture into greased casserole dish. Stir and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until fully cooked.
    Remove from oven; allow to cool.
    Cut into squares and serve.
