Ingredients

3/4 c. chilled evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
few grains of salt
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)
3 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour chilled evaporated milk into a cold bowl.
Add lemon juice and whisk until stiff.
Fold in a few grains of salt, sugar, mashed bananas and chopped nuts.
Freeze until firm, 4 hours. Serves 6.
