Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 c. pecans
1 c. water
1 c. cream
Preparation
-
Combine sugar, cream and water in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and beat until creamy.
Add nuts and drop by spoonfuls onto buttered sheets or waxed paper.
