Bacon And Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 1/2 lb. yellow cheese
    2 lb. bacon
    1 large onion
    8 oz. mayonnaise
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Skin, dice and boil potatoes. Fry bacon crisp and then crumble.
    Dice onion. Shred cheese and set aside 1/4 cup of the cheese.
    In an 11 x 14-inch dish, mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Press down in pan and then add remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
