Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, split
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix first four ingredients.
    Dip chicken in mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bring remaining dip mixture to a boil.
    Stir until smooth.
    Serve as sauce. Makes 4 servings.
