Oven Omelette - cooking recipe

18 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Use a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter in pan.
Mix everything together.
Bake 35 minutes or until set (when knife inserted comes out clean).
