Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together.
    Beat egg well; add milk.
    Stir in oil and lemon juice.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients.
    Stir about 20 seconds.
    When just a few patches of flour are left, fold in blueberries, gently.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
