Lime Mint Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. water
4 c. strong brewed tea
4 c. crushed mint leaves
juice of 8 lemons
juice of 2 limes
2 thinly sliced limes
crushed ice
Preparation

Boil sugar and water; cool.
Pour tea over mint leaves; cool and strain.
Combine lemon and lime juices with cooled sugar mixture.
Serve in chilled tall glasses, filled with crushed ice. Top each glass with a lime slice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint. Yields 18 to 20 glasses.
