Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. zucchini, cut in pieces (do not peel)
    6 onions, cut in pieces
    2 green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1/2 c. salt
    5 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix sugar, turmeric, mustard seed and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Add vegetables.
    Bring to a boil.
    Put in sterile jars and seal.
