Cheese And Bacon Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 strips finely chopped bacon
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 c. self-rising flour
salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. white vinegar
1 egg
1 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
extra butter
Preparation

Saute bacon and onions in butter.
Remove from skillet. Beat egg,
milk\tand
vinegar
together.
Sift
together
dry ingredients.
Gradually add milk
and
egg\tmixture
to make a smooth batter.
Stir in bacon, onions and grated cheese.
Drop tablespoons of batter in well-greased pan.\tCook until bubbles rise to surface and turn.
Cook until golden brown.
Serve hot and well buttered.
