1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. raw honey
2 egg whites
1 c. bran (Millen's)
1/8 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients first, then add others.
Bake for 15 minutes in greased muffin pan.
Makes 1 dozen.
