Macaroni And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup small macaroni
1 1/2 Cup skim milk
1 Cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 Cup chopped pimentos
3 egg whites
6 oz. American shredded cheese
3 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cook macaroni, drain, combine milk, cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Over low heat till cheese melts stir small amount of hot mix into egg yolks.
Stir macaroni into crumbs pimento and onion.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till stiff fold macaroni into all others.
Bake 325.
