Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
chocolate or graham cracker pastry crust
whipped cream
chocolate curls or sprinkles (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter for 4 minutes or until light. Add unsweetened chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time beating on medium speed for 2 minutes after each egg, scraping bowl constantly. Turn filling into pie shell. Top with whipped cream, then curls or sprinkles if desired.
