Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. fat
    2 Tbsp. tomato
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped, fresh or dried mint
    3/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 lb. pork, ground
    2 or 3 slices bacon
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cut cabbage around stem end with knife.
    Put stem end down into a kettle.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Add salt and boil, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Remove; drain.
    Let cool.
