Baked Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 lb. raw shrimp (21 to 25 per lb.), peeled and deveined
Preparation
    In a small saucepan over low heat, combine butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
    Stir and saute about 10 minutes. Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
    Pour butter mixture over shrimp.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes (shrimp will lose translucent look).
    Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
