Stuffed Peppers 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. mixed vegetables, do not drain
1 c. rice, cooked
2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut tops off peppers and wash.
Put peppers in hot water until tender.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Put hamburger back in skillet and add vegetables and rice.
Add about 1 cup of tomato sauce.
Stir well and simmer, about 15 minutes.
Place peppers in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Spoon hamburger mixture into peppers until full.
Place remaining filling around peppers in dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes. Add remaining tomato sauce spooned on top of peppers and bake about 15 minutes longer.
