Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (1 qt. 4 oz.) can apricot nectar
    2 c. water
    6 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. orange jello
    2 c. boiled water
Preparation
    Cook tapioca in apricot nectar with 2 cups of water added. Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into mold.
    Chill until set or firm.
    Unmold and top with whipped cream.
