Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
28 oz. tomatoes & liquid, chopped
4 oz. mushrooms, drained
4 oz. sliced ripe olives
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 c. (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet saute onions and peppers in butter until tender.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, oregano and browned ground beef.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Place half of spaghetti in a greased 13 x
9 inch baking dish.
Top with half of the vegetable mixture, sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
Repeat layers. Mix soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for
30 to 35 minutes or at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. If it starts too dry out to much add just a little hot water.
