Scalloped Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) pink salmon
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    few sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk and salmon liquid
    1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Drain liquid from salmon and reserve.
    Add remaining ingredients, except last two.
    Sprinkle layers of crumbs over bottom of pan and around sides of buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Spoon in salmon mixture.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and dot with remaining butter.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) about 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
