Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
    flour
    margarine
    milk
    onion, salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
    In a large casserole dish, place a layer of potatoes; dot with margarine and cheese chunks.
    Sprinkle flour, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add another layer of potatoes and repeat the process until all potatoes are used.
    Pour milk until the casserole dish is half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one and one-half hours.
