Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. cooked and pitted prunes
    1 c. nuts, toasted and cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg
    1 c. buttermilk with 1 tsp. baking soda in it
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add flour that has been sifted with salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg along with the buttermilk with soda.
    When mixed well, I add prunes and nuts last.
    Spray a tube pan with Pam and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Gets better after several days.
    Can be frozen.
