Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. long-grain rice
    1 c. hot water
    1 16-oz. can tomatoes (broken up)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter and cook onions, celery, green pepper until soft. Stir in rice, add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
