Tofu Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 block soft tofu
1 (3 oz.) box Jell-O (any flavor)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 ready to bake pie shell
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling
water in bowl.
Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
In another bowl, mix tofu until smooth with mixer or blender.
Add lemon juice and thickened Jell-O and half of Cool Whip.
Pour into pie crust.
Use remaining Cool Whip to top the Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
