Potato Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients in a large casserole (9 x 13 size). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
