Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 large onions, chopped
    3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb croutons
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed.
    Mix together all ingredients into well-drained spinach.
    Spinach mixture needs to hold together, not runny.
    Add more croutons if it seems to moist.
    Chill 2 hours or overnight.
