Impossible Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely grated carrots
    3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. biscuit baking mix
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4-inches.
    Mix carrots, rice, cheese, onion and basil; spread in plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate.
    Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings.
