Beef And Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cubed stew beef
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 pkg. beef stew seasoning mix
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 c. water
6 small potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
4 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 onions, chopped
Preparation
-
Coat stew beef with flour.
Brown in cooking oil in large skillet or Dutch oven.
Drain fat.
Add beef stew seasoning mix, garlic salt and water.
Cover, simmer until almost tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes.
