New Orleans Beignets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cooking oil
powdered sugar
Preparation

In saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter, sugar and dash of salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring, until butter melts.
Add flour all at once.
Over low heat, cook and stir until mixture forms into a ball.
Remove from heat.
Vigorously beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and shiny.
Add vanilla, mixing well.
