Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Slowly blend in milk; stir until thickened.
Stir in cheese. Serve over steamed broccoli or cauliflower.
