Chicken Atop Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. regular rice
    4 oz. can drained mushrooms stems and pieces
    1 stalk chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 c. water
    6 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    paprika and poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, combine uncooked rice, mushrooms, celery, onion, chicken soup and water.
    Arrange chicken on rice.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Brush or drizzle chicken with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika and poultry seasoning.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
