Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked and diced
    8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drain and use 1/2 of grease
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/3 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Stir and add 1/2 to 2/3 cup water; cook until thick.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Put in casserole dish and heat.
    This can be made ahead of time and will keep in refrigerator several days. Makes 2 small casseroles.
