Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour (self-rising)
    3/4 c. shortening, melted
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Pour in remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Save remaining dough in refrigerator for later.
