Lemon Yogurt Grilled Chicken(Cooking Time: About 20 Minutes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp. honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
3 whole boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

In small bowl, combine yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, oil, onion, rosemary, honey, garlic and pepper.
Add salt to taste. Place chicken in shallow glass dish; brush mixture on all sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill by lightly greasing cooking surface of grill.
Place chicken on grill over medium-hot heat.
Cover and cook about 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center, brushing occasionally with marinade (low-fat chicken).
