Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. light Karo
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
8 qt. popped corn
Preparation

In saucepan, mix butter, Karo, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Boil for 5 minutes. Add soda.
Pour caramel sauce over popped corn and stir.
Place into 3 large pans and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring several times. Store in airtight container.
Yields 8 quarts.
