Manicotti & Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Sorrento Ricotta Cheese
    3 oz. Romano cheese
    2 eggs
    1 lb. Giant shells or manicotti
    Prepared spaghetti sauce
    1/2 lb. sorrento shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    Salt, pepper & garlic to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, romano cheese, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic; set aside.
