Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 qt. milk, scalded
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 cube chicken bouillon
Preparation

Heat oysters in their liquor.
Add 1/4 cup margarine and seasonings.
When edges of oysters have curled, add milk that has been scalded.
Bring just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat at once.
Additional margarine and paprika may be added to each bowl as served.
