Hearty Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    3 carrots, sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can peas
    4 to 5 celery stalks, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make hamburg into patties and brown in margarine.
    Place patties in bottom of greased casserole dish (3-quart).
    Pare potatoes and cut into chunks.
    Arrange vegetables in layers.
    Add flour and salt to pan drippings and add 2 cups of water to make gravy.
    Pour over vegetables/meat layers.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
