Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. active yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. warm water
Preparation
    Stir together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add with buttermilk.
    Stir together with flour mixture.
    Mix well and turn out on floured board.
    If needed, add more flour to make soft dough.
    Roll out 1/4-inch thick.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
