Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 c. apples (Cortland)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter
favorite dough recipe
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients, then mix with cut apples.
Put into pie shell.
Add butter in slices.
Cover with top crust.
Cook at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
