Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. apples (Cortland)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 tbsp. butter
    favorite dough recipe
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then mix with cut apples.
    Put into pie shell.
    Add butter in slices.
    Cover with top crust.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
