Apple Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. applesauce
6 Tbsp. sorghum
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
Combine applesauce and sorghum.
Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce mixture to egg mixture; fold in raisins and nuts.
